1- RETURNS PROCESS
- Contact us on [email protected] to notify us of your reason for the return.
- We will assess the reason for the return and then provide to you a packing slip. We may also provide more instructions to you about your return.
- Print the Packing Slip and pack the Packing Slip with the Goods you are returning.
- Post your goods back to us via mail. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. We recommend you purchase postage insurance for high value products. We will notify you when we receive your item.
- In our absolute discretion we will determine if you are eligible for an exchange, credit voucher or refund. If you are eligible for a refund, please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your item for your refund to be processed by your bank.
2- RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy is governed by the Victoria Australia however our customer satisfaction is our priority, as a result our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following information carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the good fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3- CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, we may offer you an exchange credit or refund provided that:
- You return the item within 60 days of purchase (being the day you placed the order)
- The item is in a re-saleable condition meaning that
- The item is in its original packaging, including any instructions and all accessories;
- The item is unworn, unused, unassembled and in its original condition and
- Where applicable the original plastic wrapping or security sticker is still intact
- The product is not one where a change of mind return is not available (see below)
4- GOODS EXCLUDED FROM CHANGE OF MINDS RETURN
We are unable to accept return of items under our returns policy under any circumstance:
- Cosmetics (if the hygiene seal is broken)
- All Beauty Products
- Fragrances
- Hosiery
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Pierced jewellery (including clip on earrings)
- Personalised items
Your return to return these items is subject to Australian Consumer Law which allows for returns for items which are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
5- OTHER RETURNS
We will accept product returns and provide you with a credit voucher, a refund or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match the same or our description.
We retain the right to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.
We reserve the right not to offer a credit voucher, exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
6- CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Where you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information to us, then we may be unable to process your return.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to determining you are entitled to a credit voucher, exchange or refund.
7- NOTE
- Refunds will only be issued during your original payment method.
- Credit Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferrable.
- In order to prevent fraud, abuse or unusual use of our returns policy, we may refuse to accept items returned for change of mind reasons (for example if you are overusing or abusing our Change of Mind Returns Policy) or where you are unable to establish to our satisfaction Proof of Purchase.
- Unless we are obligated under consumer law, any refunds or credit vouchers issued to you will be the purchase price of the goods purchased and shall not include a refund or credit for any fees, including delivery costs, incurred by you in the purchase of the good.
